2010 Gateway programmes have been released into the Electronic Receipting System (ERS). This means that schools with ERS access can now view programme information and (once they have completed the notification process) enter programme data.
To avoid double ups or inaccuracies with information in ERS, it is very important that schools inform us when they are going to start entering their own data into ERS so that the Service Centre can stop entering the data for them.
Before they start entering their own data, schools must fill in the notification form for this and forward it to the Service Centre servicecentre@tec.govt.nz
The Service Centre team will reply to schools' e-mails confirming that they can start entering their own data.
Please do not send any data to the Service Centre or enter any data until you have received confirmation from the Service Centre that they have received your notification form.
This process will ensure that your Gateway information is accurate in ERS.
