The final payment for 2009 Academic Migrant Grants and Refugee Study Grants is only paid to organisations once you have submitted an end of year report.
The final report covers the year to 31 December 2009 and should be sent to servicecentre@tec.govt.nz by 15 February 2010.

In your report, please ensure that you:
- use the updated template
- report only GST exclusive numbers
- include the total learner numbers and total funds used for the year, rather than by semester.
Once the reports have been assessed, the final payment for 2009 will be made, taking into account any differences between the amounts reported, the amounts paid to date and the total allocation for 2009.
